Koftas are a type of meatball served from Turkey to North Africa, the Balkans and Mid-East.  Ours are seasoned with grated onion, garlic, coriander and cumin.  Served with a yogurt-tahini sauce that is spiked with garlic and fresh herbs and a roasted eggplant salad.  Delicious in fresh pita or with a simple salad.

Foods are made in the same facility as wheat and nut-containing foods and may contain traces of wheat and/or nuts.
